This is Brian Meier, of the 2nd Fallschirmjagers at the Watertown WW2 Reenactment. He made a great authentic impression of a tough German soldier!

Late afternoon somewhere between Little Falls and Dolgeville NY. I have been using a brand of sketch book called "reflexions" that I bought at Jerry's art supply. It's great for these quickie watercolors and holds up good. It's hard bound and 6x6 with off white paper.

Di in her Hat
Here is painting of my wife Diane aka "D" in her 20's style hat. Magenta, Cad Lemon, Ultramarine and Ivory Black was my palette.

I drew Diane in her fur coat after we got home from the movies. Before you PETA types splatter red pixels on it, it's synthetic fur. It does look real though.
